Sign Up
We’ve got an easy sign up process. First you need to fill in our Contact form. We will then contact you via email and / or Skype to get further information.
Getting to know you
It is very important that we understand exactly what you do and how you do it. We build a website to suit each individual client’s business identity. You will be asked to complete a questionnaire to start the process. Thereafter we will also contact you and during conversations get to know you better. We will also ask you to provide us with photographs, newsletters, logos and any other information that will help us to know your business. Very important is also to determine exactly what your goal is with the website. Here we will look at the objectives for the website and the audience. We also look at any current websites that you have, and analyse your direct competitor’s website.
Initial draft
By designing a site map for the web site, we make sure that we cover all the important detail that you require. We then use invision to complete wire frames of the different pages which we share with you for approval. During this stage all the required elements, like photos and forms are sourced. Once you, the client, are happy, we carry on to the next stage, actually building the web site.
Building the website
Once you are happy with the design, we develop the web site using WordPress. We develop the web site initially on one of our local servers. We normally use a page builder like Elementor together with a suitable theme. Furthermore we will install and use all the plug-inns necessary to give you a really awesome web site! If, on the other hand, you prefer this, we will also do a bespoke design. We do a full keyword analysis, so that we can be certain that your content is fully tweaked for SEO.
Tweaks and revisions
Once we have a working prototype of your web site, we will share this with you. Any input from you is crucial at this stage. We also test the functionality of all installed plug-ins. Furthermore we analyse the web site for good SEO practices and make all necessary changes.
Launch
At this stage we do the hosting setup. We do not do hosting ourselves, but will do the setup with any hosting company that you prefer. They must cater for WordPress, of course. Furthermore we do the email setup and then migrate your site to the hosting company’s server. At this stage you are ready to go! For hosting we recommend you use Bluehost <link>
Support
We give you one month free support after the launch of the web site. During this month small changes can still be made to the site if you wish. Thereafter you can opt to use one of our support options or update the web site yourself. With WordPress it is so easy to do. We will do all the setups necessary for you to do this.
